Order

After you place your order in the Webshop you will receive an e-mail with the details. Please check your order and if you miss something or is incorrect please reply direct to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Payment

During ordering you will be asked whether you would like to pay by PayPal or payment in advance. When paying with Paypal you will be linked to the Paypal site where you can complete your order. Payment in advance on the bankaccount mentioned on the e-mail, international moneytransfer payable on  the IBANnumber and BIC/Swiftnumber.  Please state Ordernumber as reference on your payment.

Shipment/Pick-up.

There is a choice when ordering whether you would like to have the order shipped or want to pick up. The order is ready for shipment after reciept of the total amount and will be send immediately. Please inquire for the deliverytime which always depends on the transporter and therefore a indication.

VAT for foreign companies.

After verification and acceptance of your VAT number the order will be send to deliveryadres. The invoice will be without Dutch VAT percentage and amount.

Returnpolicy.

Return of goods ordered is possible within 7 days after receipt of the order. All articles must be in original state and appearance and send back to Urban Street Golf, Maastrichtseweg 113, 5215 AH 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. After inspection of the articles a refund is made for the value of the articles. (paypal -2% commission )
